New for 2011 Chapel’s Country Creamery offers Maryland artisanal cheeses that are hand crafted by the owners and an Amish artisanal cheese maker. Chapel cheese starts with fresh raw milk produced on the family farm. Their dairy herd contains grass fed Jersey and Holstein cows that produce our high quality milk, rich in cream. The milk is all natural and contains no synthetic hormones, antibotics, or chemical compounds. They offer cave aged cheddar cheeses, chive and garlic and a blue cheese. Fresh yogurt with honey is also available this year. Chesapeake Bay Farms will have fresh butter, ice cream and homemade truffles.
