Ficner's Farm offers summer and fall vegetables as well as herbs and cut flowers. Zinnias, ageratum, sunflowers, snapdragons, asters, and cosmos will be available mid-summer. Lima beans, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and brussel sprouts will be available in late summer and early fall. Fifer Orchards since 1919, the Fifers have worked the land near Wyoming, Delaware. They will offer apples, peaches, pears, nectarines and plums, plus sweet corn, asparagus, lima beans, peas and pumpkins. Fischers’ Farm will be selling their apples, pears and plums in the late summer. Apples to be offered include gala, early mac, red delicious, winter banana, grimes golden and winesap. Asian pears and Stanley (Italian) plums will also be available. Freeman’s Farm offers a wide variety of vegetables including sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, string beans, summer squash, lima beans, pumpkins, zucchini and asparagus. They will also offer herbs and cut flowers. Fresh, sweet strawberries will be available on the markets opening day. Kalmar Farms located in Harrington grows almost all seasonal vegetables including a late fall harvest of squashes and greens. Lavender Fields offers lavender plants, cut lavender flowers and dried lavender. The owners of Lavender Fields farm grow and hand harvest over 2,000 lavender plants of many varieties. Olivia’s Bread’s Our Products are traditional American & European favorites breads made with a twist, Fruit breads such as apricot and rum raisin and banana blueberry. Rustic breads with cheese and olives and dinner rolls are also offered. Spreads such as cream cheese with corn and cheese and jalapeno, to name a few will also be available. All products are all natural with no preservatives added. We carry a specialty line of products for those with dietary restrictions such as; Gluten Free, Lactose Intolerant & Diabetic's. Old World Breads will offer French Baguettes and Sourdough Boules made with a 250 year old starter from New England that has the perfect a hint of sourness. Made with 100% USDA Organic flour from King Arthur Flour Company. Pasqualini's will have handmade breads, Italian pastries, cakes and pies. Triple M Farms is a small family-owned farm located near the Kent-Sussex line in the middle of Delaware. Their specialty is herbs and unusual flowers. Triple M Farms will also offer a wide variety of vegetables, berries, bedding plants and eggs. They have an active apiary that produces delicious honey which will also be available for sale. All produce is grown pesticide and chemical free.
Tuckey's Mountain Grown is located near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and will be offering strawberries, black raspberries, red raspberries, peaches, nectarines, apricots and apples. They will have a large quantity of vegetables on hand including tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, radishes, onions, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant, lettuce and summer squash. Mid-summer will bring cut flowers including dahlias, zinnias and sunflowers.
